Equipment Details
Complete the below section about the equipment being returned:

In addition to Model Numbers and Serial Numbers, add the following not-required fields for each of the equipment being returned: Tag Number/s, Calibration Range.

Before the Warranty Claim Field, add the question: For AMS 2140 Return, Loan Unit Required? Yes/No. If yes, open a field for Loan Unit Contact Person, Contact Number, Shipping Address and Courier/Courier Account Number

For the RMA form with Purpose of Return = Calibration RMA Return, change the notes to below:
* The National Service Centre will endeavour to calibrate the received equipment within the below time frames upon receipt:

- 5 business days for flowmeter calibration, after which you will receive a calibration certificate, which will be shipped along with the unit.
- 7-10 business days for AMS 2140 calibration, after which you will receive a calibration certificate via email.

Branson Terms and Conditions

• It is the Customer's responsibility to assure that all returned equipment is free from chemicals, biological radiation, residues and hazard or equipment will be returned without evaluation at the Customer's expense.

• Standard equipment returned for credit is subject to a minimun 15% inspection and re-stocking charge.

• Out of warranty equipment returned for repair is subject to a $200 minimum evaluation fee if equipment is not repaired.

• All shipping expenses are responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise is authorized in writing by Branson.

• RMA # is valid for a MAXIMUM of 60 days from issuance date.

• Any goods quoted for rework/replacement will be returned at the customer’s expense after 30 days of no response from the date of this quote.
